“Thanks”, “Uh huh”
Since I am assuming the vast majority of users on glow are American I would like to know something. Why is it that when I say thanks in the USA most people respond with “uh huh”. It comes across super rude to me! I’m instantly offended. Is it just not common to teach you’re welcome? Is it just me or is an uh huh response or the ya response to thank you rude? Drives me insane.
