Is period feeling cramping normal??

I am 11 weeks pregnant with twins & i was told the other day by my doctor that my cervix are open a lil bit & ive been cramping really bad all day. It feels like im on my period but im not bleeding. I need some advice. Should i go to the ER or should i wait to see if its still like this tomorrow?

My doctor told me the other day that if I felt any sharp, stabbing, consistent pains to go to the ER. If you feel something isn't right, then go.

I would go in if the cramps are very painful.

Go in. I went in. You need to drink more fluids as well sounds like it. I cramp more when I don't have enough fluids.

My doctor told me to go in if I Myself felt I needed to go in. He told me not to just wait it out because anything could be happening! Its always good to just go in even if you find out nothing us wrong. They won't be mad at you for making sure your babies are okay!(:
