Trying to conceive

Hello everyone my name is Tina. My fiance and I are trying to get pregnant and well it hasn't worked so far in the last 6 months and well I'm starting to get to that point of frustration. I had me tested everything is good and for him. He has a low count. Has anyone had this before and what has helped to get the count up and to be able to conceive. We are really wanting a baby.
