Question! Help!

So I’ve been TTC since December 2017. This past ovulation and fertility window, my fiancé and I tried every day and he really believes that I’m pregnant. It’s been almost two weeks since then and every time we make love, I get pretty crazy cramps afterward. I’ve also noticed that ive been eating more, and that my stomach has been hurting and I’ve felt a little nauseous lately.

Are these signs?

This would be my first baby so I’m nervous to be pregnant but it’s so exciting
