Implantation? Ovulation? Something else? 🤔🤔

A little background:

I have PCOS.

I haven’t ovulated on my own since I was a teenager.

I took my second round of Femara about 3 weeks ago.

I’m on CD 29.

As far as I know, I haven’t ovulated because: negative OPKs and no temp shift for the past like 3 weeks

Progesterone very low on blood work done.

Also having some mild cramping today.

I’ve definitely never had this before.
