Pregnant ?

So I have a boyfriend of 2 years, I’m on nexaplanon which is birth control . Me and my boyfriend have unprotected sex . I’ve been having some symptoms recently of pregnancy, gas, smell of urine, no period ( haven’t gotten it last month and am still late ) a little dizzy when I wake up early in the AM, some slight headaches ,and cramps. Now I know that PMS symptoms are very similar to pregnancy ones. So about a month ago I was put on antibiotics for a UTI.. the antibiotics worked but me and my boyfriend had sex while I was taking the antibiotics.. so they worked but I got another UTI right after that, I was put on antibiotics again but different ones.. not being smart , we had sex again.. soo they didn’t work.. I went to the doctor yesterday and I had them run a pregnancy test as well as UTI test. Soo while they’re running the pregnancy test I’m taking to the doctor and she tells me that antibiotics can interfere with my birth control , making it not as effective. When she told me this I for sure thought I was pregnant.. the test came back and it was negative but the symptoms are still there. Now , I googled if a UTI can interfere with a pregnancy test and it said yes. Now I’m kinda freaking out bc I’m not sure what I can do.. I’m waiting for my prescription to be called in so until then is their a way to get accurate results ? Or am I over reacting and stressing it?
