I overdid it at the gym
So on Tuesday night I went to the gym with a friend. This friend is jacked, like he has muscles on muscles, and he really wanted to do our workout together. Stupidly, I agreed even tho I’m not in shape at all. Anyway, he pushed me way too hard to the point that my upper body was sore like minutes after finishing the workout. Now I can barely move or do anything and it sucks! Any advice on how to get rid of soreness?
