Although early labor doesn't mean much, my doc said she thinks I can go anytime now. I'm  2 cm and 70% effaced. Ill be 37 weeks on Tuesday so it's bed rest for me so I can hopefully slow this process down. She said although there is a chance I could go soon, I also have  a good chance of making it until my due date if I take it easy. She told me I have "the look". When I asked her what that mean she said that she has been doing this for so long she knows when women are about to go soon cuz they have "the look".
