Introducing the bottle

Any tips for encouraging an exclusively breastfed almost 10 week old to take breast milk in a bottle without an hour long battle?? I have to go back to work soon so am trying really hard to get him to adjust to a bottle. He screams and resists for up to an hour before the hunger takes over and he has to drink from it. Oh and we won't take it from me... So I basically have to hand him over to someone else, let him cry and scream and then nearly starve in order for this to work. Any ideas, mamas?
