Did you have acid reflux and heartburn in your second trimester?

18w and nothing yet. I have had acid reflux my whole life and if anything it has been better since hitting my second tri haha.
I did have a lot of morning sickness my first tri so that may have numbed my throat to acid pain 😂

It was a similar feeling to when I felt nauseous in the first trimester, which would go away after eating.
However, in the second trimester, I felt this way after eating. And nothing would make it go away apart from taking antacids.

Mine was so bad throughout my whole pregnancy but way worse toward the end. I took a lot of tums and Prevacid. I learned to avoid certain foods like red sauce on pizza and spicy things.

I got mine in the 3rd trimester. it's freaking awful. 
my throat burns, I can't sleep. I looked up trigger foods and try and stay away from them. tums works pretty well for me.

It’s very common in pregnant women. When your body produces relaxin, it’s sent all over your body, it can cause your esophagus to “relax” and let stomach acid creep up. Also, your stomach is much higher in your body since your uterus is pushing it up.

Sooo much acid reflux, heartburn and indigestion. I’m a walking Zantac add.
