Couple days late, but still negative result ??

Question

Me and my boyfriend have been trying for a baby, I’m late for my period, by 2 days and still no sign of a period any time soon, I’ve taken a pregnancy test and it has come back negative. I’m going to leave till Monday because that’s when I’m meant to stop than take enough test. What could be the reason for it not showing up on a test ?

For me I had to have an ultrasound cos blood and urine both came back negative. Go see your doctor xx

There’s a lot of reasons why your period might be late, like stress for example. One time I skipped a period due to stress & I wasn’t pregnant. So you could Be experiencing something like that
