blood tests came back

so my blood work came back I've missed 21 days of my cycle I had had a test done called fasting for hormones ect turns out I have PCOS so I go the 22nd to go through the options I have so I've been trying for 5 years to get pregnant and this is why I can I'm sad and upset yes but hopefully there can still be some hope for us if not idk how I'll move forward from this knowing I'll never have babies 😫😫😫😫
