2 positive OPK tests in a row?

I had a clearly positive LH Surge yesterday when I tested, and again when I tested today. Is it normal to have positive LH tests 2 days in a row? Still no EWCM. It's stretchy like EWCM, but opaque white. I've been feeling crampy on the right side since yesterday... Any advice is welcome.

Yes, you can catch your surge going up and coming down. It's recommended to stop testing after the first one because that's the one that matters.
