So I got my period yesterday😭 it's kianda light because I'm on birth control pill. Please help and tell me what I can do to make it stop by tomorrow or atleast Saturday. Girl. I don't even know where to start. So I got my period in Valentine's day. It was much lighter than usually. In my experience, drinking loads of water, lemonade, and exercising would help stop my period sooner. I did all those things. Expect the one day I needed my period to be gone the lemonade trick didn't work.
