Embarrassing first time mom question.
I get cold sores every now and then. My last one was when I was 12 weeks pregnant. I have a 7 week old son and I haven’t kissed him until tonight. I don’t breastfeed and I’m scared that I could hurt him by kissing him. I know infants dying of hsv1 is rare but I’d like some reassurance.
