Advice please!

I’m 36 weeks pregnant, lost my mucus plug about a week ago (it was a ton of snot like discharge over like two days). I had a cervical check today at dr says I’m 2.5 cm dilated and 50% effaced. Well tonight I went pee and when I wiped there was bloody mucus type discharge. That was about two hours ago. Since then I’ve had more light pink/ orange looking spotting. Some even fell into the toilet it was so mucus like but bloody. Is this my bloody show? Is labor near? I’m not bleeding in my underwear but every time I wipe there’s a tiny bit of pink blood

Edit: I don’t think I’m having contractions. Just some mild period like cramps
