Tips on forcing a period
That's probably not the best title for this. I have very sporadic cycles. This is actually my first in 5 months. I'm wondering if anyone knows any tricks for inducing a period each month. I've done raspberry tea and that seems to help. I just don't want to go on the medicine that makes you have one. I've already done that and it's not pretty. Been ttc for 2 years and have not had regular periods or ovulation. Help!
