Nexplanon

I've been off of my nexplanon for almost a month and for weeks I've had nothing but cramps. No period as of yet. I have symptoms of either af coming or being pregnant. But no bfp to say I am. I can't stand this its a huge tease to not know when af is coming (if she is) or if a baby is on the way since I have no positive test. At this point I'd be content  with af at this point just so I have something to go off of since I haven't had af in 6-7 months.
