Pains!

I’m 36+3 today and I’m having pains where my bikini line is after I’ve been resting a while, that bad I’ve to bend over for a couple of minutes and slowly stand straight then I waddle away lol, not just that but I get this electric shock type pain in my groin I’ve had it twice yesterday and once today, anyone know what any of them is? Baby is head down and engaged, and I’m seeing midwife Wednesday so I’ll mention it to her then but wondering if anyone else has had this before I talk to her??
