BBT after ovulation

Hi,

This is our first time trying for a baby so I need a little bit of guidance. I’ve been in my fertile window since the 7th. I’ve had multiple apps that all tell me I should be ovulating on the 11th/12th. The last couple of days I’ve had breast tenderness, EWCM, sensitivity to smell and bloating. Yesterday I felt little twinges of pain on my left side and my breast were quite sore. However, my opk has been showing negatives and did yesterday as well.

I took my bbt for the first time this morning and it is at 36.54 which indicates a rise after ovulation. We have been having sex every second day since the 7th to make sure we catch the right day since I’ve we’ve never done this before. Does it appear that I have ovulated? Any guidance or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
