Slimming coffee side effects or pregnant

hey! i had gained a lot of weight and in desperation, i tried this lishou slimming coffee since i read all those amazing reviews. But after having 6 sachets, i night i got really really anxious and down for no reason. And that night i had this very weird dream not exactky nightmare. my throat and mouth were soo dry and i was so constipated. so i stopped taking it. but after stopping, i couldn't sleep. i started having weird dreams, and then its 5 days to my period and my breasts hurt, not tender but dull pain couldn't locate where on and off pain. It had never happened before. When i was pregnant back then it was sooo tender and sore. this time its not like that. there's slight crampings. idk if i am pregnant again or is it one of the side effects of this product. anyone please drop some suggestions.

p.s. i had sex maybe 10-11 days ago, withdrawal method used.
