Guys going ghost on me

Recently I’ve been using tinder because my friends talked me into making one and out of all of my matches, I’ve talked to 2 guys so far. One is 21 and the other is 20 so I’ll just refer to them as guy A and Guy B. I’m 18 and I first started talking to guy A bit it didn’t last long. Only 2 days or so. He stopped responding to me and just went ghost. I also started talking to guy B for like a week and all of a sudden he stopped talking to me too and also went ghost. I don’t know why they just stopped. Is it because of me? I’m not sure, I’ve always been insecure about situations like this thinking I’m the problem which is why I don’t usually talk to guys like that. Some advice? Thoughts?
