Is this possible?

So I had my daughter 2 months ago. And I think I started my period 3 weeks ago and ended like two weeks ago. My periods weren’t giving me any symptoms. I started bleeding again yesterday morning and felt completely fine all day. Until I had sex, suddenly I feel exactly like I did during my first week of my first pregnancy. But I’m definitely still bleeding I’m just extremely tired and my stomach is bothering me. Is it possible I may have just gotten pregnant again? Or is this normal to feel after sex.

I’m only questioning pregnancy because this feeling was what had me concerned the first time.
