Epidural question

Those who had epidural, did you feel ring of fire still? I felt everything when it came to pushing. I mean, that shit hurrrrrrrrt. I chalked it up to the epidural taking off the edge and unmedicated was 20x worse. Nearly two years later I’m pondering if my epidural even worked. Keep hearing that should have only felt pressure no pain really.

Second should be born any time and wondering if I should bother again. 🤔
