Cat won't leave me alone?

She's sitting on my chest as we speak  lol She follows me to the bathroom she was loving before but now she's downright needy o.o does she know I'm pregnant? Acting so strange. Lol she's calmer than usual too.

I'm 25 weeks pregnant with twins, My cat has been acting different since I've been pregnant, but in a different way. He's never been the overly lovable type of cat, but also isn't mean or aggresive, he likes being petted & rubs up on our legs & stuff. Since I've been pregnant he still does that stuff, but off & on out of nowhere he will jump up & scratch my belly, only my belly. I'll just be standing there & out of nowhere he will jump up & claw my stomach. We've been trying to get him to stop, & hoping he won't try scratching the babies, he doesn't scratch my other two kids, there 6 & 8 yrs old. I think he's confused by the pregnancy hormones, they say cats can sense it & when your pregnant.

We have 2 boy cats. One has always been super affectionate and would sleep curled up with my BF, the other would sleep out in the living room or maybe on the dresser at the end of the bed. But for like the last 3 weeks I can't get him to leave my side, he sleeps on my pillow, follows me into the bathroom to pee in the wee hours and hops up in lap. It's crazy but I'm convinced he "knows" 😺

When I found out I was pregnant I was house sitting and watching a cat. The cat was all of a sudden obsessed with me! So annoying lol

Ya cats can usually sense things like that. My female cat did the exact same thing.
