Vomiting Blood

Felt nauseous all day yesterday 2/11/18 and I wasn’t really hungry I felt full and I basically didn’t eat at all , a little bite here and there . I’m very early in my pregnancy I am due Oct 10th . Around 3:38 this morning I woke up out of my sleep and I know the throw up was coming ! As I placed my head in the bad to vomit I notice as it fell into the bag it was blood ! Although it wasn’t a lot of blood it was still the fact the blood coming up is not a good sign. I went to the ER I am still here now they gave me an ultrasound and everything looked great ! Which is a blessing now I’m just waiting for my blood work to come back 🙏🏾🙌🏾 hoping that looks good as well.
