Almost 24 weeks and it feels like the baby has stopped moving the past few days....

So I went from being able to see my little man move on the outside and distinctively know it was him kicking or moving to just a few flutters....I called the doctor and they are having me lay on my left side for two hours after eating and emptying my bladder and count movements. They told me I should count at least 10 movements in 2 hrs....if not that I need to come in.  Still have an hour left and the wait is killing me. Has anyone else dealt with this?
