Change sleep routine?
So my little one who is 3 months old goes to bed at 2am every night (well, morning, but you get what I mean ðŸ˜) she normally wakes up around 6am to eat a little bit, and then will wake up completely herself around 11am and naps a couple of times a day. What can I do that will get her to sleep earlier in the day? Do I wake her up in the morning earlier so she gets tired earlier? Or is that too mean to wake her up? I just need advice!
