I have amenorrhea and haven't had a period in 3 years. My first son was a desired but uncertain surprise in terms of timing. We waited a year to start trying for our second because of a c-section. Since I still didn't have a period, this app helped record our normal NFP charting. It took about 5 months but we are expecting our second now and couldn't be happier!
