What do u think?

So I’m 9 weeks today and have very minimal symptoms. I was really sick my sixth week until halfway through my 7th then I’d have days where I felt very good and days where I felt icky. It’s progressed to less icky days and more normal days with maybe some icky moments throughout the day. My breasts are as sore at all, my nipples are a little sore but that’s about it. I’m pretty tired throughout the day still and I rest when I can. Also I got a home fetal doppler the other day and have been looking for a heartbeat but I cannot find it😩 I know it’s pretty early to hear the hb on the home monitors but with my decrease of symptoms im so worried. Should I go to the dr? I was really sick for a while with my daughter so this is very different for me
