The Organic News Network Present - Barefooted Health

NOTE-I am not a professional and I don't have a wall full of degree from overly priced college that send people into debt for the rest of your life. However I am a single person who change her life one step at a time, and would like to share my story.

today topic is Barefooted Health,up until September 15th 2016. I wore shoes, then one day I happen to learn about a "Brainwashing " lie.That driving while barefooted was not against the law.

What wait, you mean I can drive barefooted, and I won't get a ticket? Yep the simple fact is

The fact that I was 2yrs old and I just discovered that I could drive barefooted was legal to do. Holy Fuck!! why didn't I know this before. It's because they don't want you to know your rights as an American Citizen. It's because "stupid & naive" people are easy to control.

you see that pic right there I know carry it every where with me. And yes I have come across people who are so blinded like I was they they "bravely call the cops" under the thinking that the cops will tell me to leave. I pull up this and the cops

the look on people faces makes me smile inwardly and makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. Now that you know the law is on your side let's think back..

2016 I was 388lbs and always had poor balance. My health was horrible, and I did like most people I ran to the doctor and said "help me" that what we all do right. Well in this case I said this is something I can fix I threw away my tennis shoes and brought me a pair of what I called " Jesus sandals"

a pair kind like the gif shows. with in one week I had gone from falling 3 times a week to 0. I noticed my balance seemed better. I felt happier and seemed to always wear a smile .

with the first 2 weeks I kicked those shoes off for good. and sure my feet at the time was like a bare bottom baby tender and sore when I walked it hurt..Turns out I was walking on my heel bone. As I soon discover that call the years 13 to be exact I had worn shoes pushed my natural cushion of my foots up the sides of my foot. I won't lie and say this was an over night journey. You see when I did wear shoes my posture was horrible

I couldn't even walk out to check the mail before I got back and seen my chair was was glad I could sit and relax. I always felt that I had just run a marathon.

But let me be the first person to tell you after a month of no shoes I went for a walk along with my step counter.I told my self I'm gonna just walk nice and slow no rush and I'll turn around when I start hurting which I had know from previous walks was 2 miles if I was lucky.

after my walk I got back home and looked at my step counter and it read 6 Miles I hadn't never walked that far I was 388lbs and wore a size 32 in pants. That walk that day was enough feel good to keep me from wearing shoes.

Now I'm NOT telling people to give up shoes all together, far from it all I'm asking and hoping that people get from this message is to just try the 1st step in a healthy lifestyle..I promise you will end up finding similar results as mine

And I simply can hope that all the new little babies being born won't be stuffed into shoes. Especially seeing how the bones in young toddlers life's don't get formed until they are at least 5yrs that from wjat I understand from research and starting to take back my own health .

So from this point out I will simply say that yes I know most of the world believe you have to wear shoes. or for to be healthy as they protect you from cuts. I'll say that just about as crazy though as one can get crazy..wearing shoes I'd always step on nails

But yet I was stuck on shoes protect..I will tell you stright up the the first day I went shoeless and before I learned to trust my feet I actually felt as my foot found a hidden 2 by 4 post with a deck nail sticking stright up..I felt it began to poke into my foot..guess what I didn't step on it, see with a shoes you not gonna fee wjat you stepping on till its too late..

But you have to wear shoes to work, while true in most cases, you can always ask and see as most places only say you have to wear shoes because they think you have to. however if you want/need shoes let me offer new kind called barefooted shoes.

They are a zero heel to toe drop.. if you can choose, flat no heeled shoe your own body will adjust and you start to find a healthy you.
