Vitex - TTC

Has anyone taken vitex? Has anyone taken vitex if their periods have been irregular, if so how long after starting to take it did your period start?

Second day of taking it, already feeling really crampy.

I’ve only been on vitex for 3 days, had a 55 day cycle this past one, because I got off of birth control. Finally got my period today, thanks to vitex.

My periods after stopping birth control were wacky. 20 days long. And bleeding only 1-2 days. I bled for 4 days this time around, and I feel revived. TTC this month, so fingers crossed.
