Help please

Oka I'm 15 and I'm pregnant. My boyfriend and I went on a school feild trip to the beach for 3 nights 4 days. He argued with me about the guys he had to stay in the room with. They sexually blow kisses to eachother just to piss me off. Now we're home and he is trying to suck up saying he will block them, I don't think he will block him he will just say that. A while ago I caught him talking to a girl Shanna he promised to stop, couple days later found out he was still talking to her. What do I do ?
