How to get over insecurities?

I am really insecure about my relationship with my husband. I always feel he doesn’t love me enough and paranoid about him leaving me alone. But he does love me and does sweet things for me. I m so insecure to the extent that I ask him everyday shamelessly if he loves me. He s very unromantic and just says yes. He does not express much. I have told him this he only says I love you and we are doing good. Why are you asking again and again? I get dreams of being cheated on and myself in a miserable position. I am stay at home wife . Please help me how to get rid of my insecurities
