Clearblue Digital Advanced Ovulation Kit

Hello all! I am on month 2 of using the clear blue digital ovulation kit (the one with smiley faces) and am just really confused. Last month I had low fertility blank faces for 11 days before getting a high fertility and then got my solid smiley face 2 days later. However, last month I started my period 5 days after getting my solid smiley. This month I have only been testing for 3 days and the first day I had a high fertility smiley but then yesterday I had a low fertility. This had me really confused so this morning when I tested I got another flashing smiley face. It is a new test than the one I used last month so I don't think that has anything to do with it. Has this happened to anyone else? I am just really confused and hoping this doesn't mean there is something seriously wrong with me.
