I need Godly Advice

well I found out that I'm pregnant but the person who I use to be with and we had a pause in the relationship (we had argue to much) but "we" I'm assuming are still reserving our self again for one another and well I need help now I'm 18 and the baby's father is as well I had brought him to the Christian belief. I want to know now is what should I do since I'm not married to this guy and I have a child with him and I know God doesn't like separation so really what do i do and it seems like he doesn't want to get marry so now what ?
