5 weeks approx

Hi everyone!

I just found out Thursday last week that I’m pregnant. Went in Friday because I was bleeding kinda like a period but not as much only when I wiped I had bright red blood. I went to get an ultrasound and hcg test and the ultrasound nothing showed up vaginal or stomach. My hcg level was 941. They re tested me today and it more then doubled they were higher then they had thought it would be. So they told me they are guessing I’m 5 weeks and want me to go in for another ultrasound on Friday. I’m still light bleeding but they said thus normal with my levels going up. Can you see anything at 5 weeks? The bleeding is still. Little worrisome. Anyone else experiencing anything similar?
