What medication can you take for sinus drainage?

I got my paperwork but my children had split water all over it to where i had to throw it away and i wont be getting a new one until next week. I know you cant take sudafed in the first trimester but my throat and drainage is so awful. I threw up multiple times at work for drinking water bc i am suffering with dry mouth (which i believe has to due to the amount of mucus in my throat). Im not feeling sick bc of morning sickness anymore, im getting sickk bc of the dryness and if I drink too much of anything i throw up bc the mucus.
