So frustrated

My hubby and I 1have been TTC throughout our whole 5 year marriage and no luck!! I went to my Obgyn and had all kinds of tests done because I have extremely irregular periods up to a year without a period!! I have progesterone levels which showed that I didn't ovulate i also had my estrogen Done and they were normal. In April i was prescribed clomid 50mg and i didn't ovulate and didn't get my period till may 24th and I am now on 100 mg clomid taken day 3-7 and I'm now day 13 and no ovulation not even the start of a surge!!! I am so frustrated and don't know what to do!!!! I don't want to get my hopes up but I don't think being negative help either!!!!
