Night Sweats before cycle
So for the past 6 months I have been having bad night sweats at least 4 days before my cycle. It’s messes up my sleep because I wake up with my side of the bed wet and cold. Has anyone experienced this as well..?? Also why does this happen..?? It so annoying and stresses me out I literally check my cycle to prepare myself for bed by sleeping on towels on my side of the bed. Embarrassing.
