Pregnancy test dream!!!!!

I feel like I sound crazy but I had the craziest dream last night.

So in my dream I went to the bathroom and was spotting light pink. But it was 2 weeks before I knew my period was suppose to come. (Which is accurate right now). Anyways so I automatically thought maybe it’s implantation bleeding. So I left my house went and got a pregnancy test (digital) and the big pregnant sign appeared after 3 minutes!!!! My self and my husband started crying because it has been a long journey. But the dream felt so real.

Am I crazy? Has this happened to anyone? And has anyone found out they were pregnant afterwards?
