My labor was worse than the actual pushing/delivery. As soon as I felt like I needed to push I was like YES!

Everyone’s labour is different.. I just felt the obscene urge of all reassure to push.. and the crowning.. easy the worst.. but the relief when the shoulders are out. Jesus yellow penguins that felt good!

I had the epidural of the gods and only felt pressure. I was even able to laugh and joke between pushes. I tore and was pretty sore during recovery, but it was nothing intolerable.
The contractions before my epidural, on the other hand? HEEEEEELL.

It felt like.. really light cramps as if I just had some gas

Just depends. I was induced, so pitocin was necessary to get my body ready. I also had high blood pressure and wasn’t allowed to get an epidural or ANY pain meds after 8cm. So yeah labor and birth were the most horrible and excruciating pains I’ve ever felt. But I would do it all again because post partum recovery was a breeze.

My labour wasn't bad at all, I expected it to hurt a lot more! 8.5 hours from start to finish. I tore badly though, which hurt but literally for a second. The recovery was the bit I found the hardest. Everything swelled and it made the stitches feel tight and just so so uncomfortable. I sat on frozen peas for weeks.

The worst part for me was that contractions felt to me like I had to go to the bathroom so bad but couldnt. Makes you want to push when your not supposed to yet.
