Hot flashes?

36 weeks and 2 days pregnant and hot flashes are crazy today. Feels like I have a fever but it runs 97.6 .... and also I’m in only a bra and underwear so it’s not like I’m wearing too many clothes! 😩 help! Is this normal? Can I stop it? Sign of labor soon?
