How did you get your puppy to walk on a leash??

Hey animal lovers of glow 👋🏼

My weenie dog is almost 11 weeks old & come spring time I want to bring him on walks. The past few days I've tried introducing him to the leash & he hates it!! He will dig his paws into the ground and refuse to walk! I try to give him treats when he walks to me on the leash but it's not really helping.. 😐 My other dog was so easy to leash train. This is my first wiener dog & I notice he is way more stubborn than my pitbull 🙃. Should I be doing anything different ?? What worked for you ?? This is the little bugger 😄
