Should I be worried?

Hello :) My period is usually mild but nothing too bad and I live normally through it. This time though I am loosing my mind and quite worried honestly... My cramps have been constant (yes they have yet to go away) for 3 days. (My period lasts 7) Also I’m having a problem with blood clots. I have around 5-6 a day and they’re the size of quarters. My period has never been heavy but now is... Should I see a doctor?
