Cigarettes... 😞

I will be 23 weeks next Wednesday...I was 3 months along when I discovered I was pregnant. Once I found out, I went from smoking 7-10 to smoking 1-3....even now I smoke one still. I have FINALLY completely quit. My doctor has told me the baby is above the weight he should be at right now, and is growing fine...I had the screening done and it all came back perfect. But...I'm still riddled with guilt...I feel like I can't vent to any friends or family because they immediately judge me 😞. My heart has sunk and I am struggling to just relax about the situation.
