This might be a strange question, but ive had a few people tell me i shouldnt eat grapes during my pregnancy. Do you think grapes are safe during pregnancy?

My list of foods to avoid is basically just meats (deli, processed, etc) and salad bars. Doctor said to wash all my fruits and vegetables, even the ones I don't eat the outsides of like grapefruit and oranges. She also said to avoid anything that isn't 100% ripe... Grapes aren't a problem at all.

And get a list from your doctor of foods to avoid during pregnancy and follow that list. It will save your sanity.

Just be sure to wash them good. I know people at the grocery store usually like to sample them if they're the grapes that come in a bag.

I eat them. depends how ott you are. thin skin means pesticides can get in. buy organic? I've never bothered and just eat normal ones. kids always been fine
