ways to prevent hemorrhoids before they happen?

im almost 17 weeks pregnant and i like REALLY dont want hemorrhoids... is there any precautions i can take to prevent getting them or am i just going to get them? i can barley deal with butt pain because im a sissy 😂 does everybody get them?

Don’t strain when you poop.  Make sure you get adequate soluble fiber and avoid constipation.  Sometimes you can’t avoid them...

I would recommend going to the bathroom regularly. Make sure you eat or drink fiber. You can get Metamucil fiber powder and put it in your water. That helps with going.
