Is Alicyn too out there of a spelling for Alison?

I like the name Alice, but my husband isn't too fond of it and said he would prefer Allison or Allyssa, our 1st daughter is Madilyn and I like the idea of keeping the "yn" name ending for next baby. Is Alicyn too "unique"?

Maybe Allisyn? Looks like the letters flow better. The “c” seems out of place. But I like the idea of putting your own spin on a classic name!

Why not leave the "s" rather than "c" Alisyn... Went to school with a girl that spelled it Alyson.
