5 weeks and have a fever

I’m 5 weeks and 2 days and I’ve had a fever of 101.5 then went down to 100.3 and back up to 104.5 and has dropped to 103.5 and again to 102.5 will this fever affect my baby? Please help, this is my first pregnancy so I’m a little scared. 😥
